Cannot activate Windows blinds

I bought windowblinds10 today, I bought windowblinds8 before, so I used $4.99, but I can't activate WB10 with a new activation code and I can't use an email account. And through https://www.stardock.com/support/productkeyretrieval

to get the activation code can only see WB8 and there is no WB10, may I ask what is the problem, can you solve it, thank you.
