Pop-up controls for apps like VLC Media Player simply do not work

This has been an issue for a couple of years it seems like, which is how long I've been using WindowsBlinds. It never works with any of the WB themes, only when I revert back to the default Windows skin.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Would like to know more on your problem.

1) Windows version. Please use Winver.exe for full windows version numbers.

2) Windowblinds installed version.

3) VLC unstalled version.

Here what I get on mine.

I am on Win10 1903 (OS Build 18362.175)

WB 10.82

VLC 3.0.4

Well, I'm running Windows 10 1903 (Build 18362.239) Windowblind 10.82, and VLC version 3.0.7.1

and this is what I get on my newest WB I'm working on called Art Deco 2
