I just got a new laptop and I currently have Start10 installed on my PC. My question is can I also use the same license on my Laptop as I have on my PC or do I need to buy a second copy of Start10?

You might be Grandfathered in depending when you got your Lic.
If it's Your Own Personal PC !!
just try it and see if it works for the laptop if not you would need another Lic.
When you originally bought it you would have received a code via email, so unless you deleted the email (I never do) or it went to an email address you don't use anymore, you should be able to get it from the email. Otherwise there used to be a universal updater application for Stardock apps that may have it in it.

That's not what they asked, they asked basically where can I find my License, not the same as my question that I originally asked (which seems like what you answered, which was already answered by Stardock a while back).
