Bug with rolled up fences and moving to the top of the screen

Hello,

That is not a bug, its a feature where the title move to the bottom of the fence when it move to the top edge of your screen. It will move back to the top of the Fence when it move away from the top edge of your screen.

You can see that it bugs out and cannot be lined up against a fence on the left. When the fence doesn't have the roll-up enabled, only then it will work.

No I do not see any fences on the left, only one fence move around.

Here's a clearer gif of the issue.

I guess that is just the program undecided if you want it to move to the top or not. That why you see its blinking moving between that two states. But once you disable the roll-up, it move normally.

Yes, normally.

Meaning this when it's auto-rolled up it's not normal.

Not normal = bug
