Is this a bug?
Google Chrome when started:
Chrome after "waking" PC after an hour or so not using it:
As you can see, the minimize, maximize an close buttons have disappeared. What's going on?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But not sure, you are referring to Start10 problem or Windowblinds problem? I am assuming its Windowblinds, if so, you can try excluding Chrome from Windowblinds, since, for me, Chrome never work properly with Windowblinds.

Yes, it is Windowblinds, but when I excluded Chrome, it looked OK, but the positioning of the same buttons was off- the "X" for close looked to be in the right position (no skin), but I had to click to the extreme right of the X to close, likewise the minimize and minimize buttons were placed incorrectly. The positioning matched the position that they would be if the Windowblinds skin was applied...
If you have exclude Chrome from WB. Those buttons should act as it normal, without any position shift. Could you post a screenshot of Chrome with WB excluded. Please be remind that sometimes you will need to reboot your system when you exclude some program from Windowblind.
