Auto-resize portal windows

I'm not sure if I'm missing this, or if it would qualify as a feature request. I have a number of folder portals which contain subfolders. I use this in list view, and some of the folders have more files in them then others. My question is if its possible to have the window size in a portal folder automatically resize so that just the amount of documents contained is viewed. Example:

Main folder portal A

subfolder B

doc 1

doc 2

^end of portal window

Folder portal A > subfolder B

doc1

doc2

doc3 through doc20

^end of portal window

When I have portal A expanded it's nice and short, and then I go to subfolder B and have to scroll to get to doc20 at the bottom, or I drag the portal edges to see all of the docs in B. Then when I go back to A I've got a ridiculously long window with blank space.

Sure, I could just make a separate folder portal for B and drop it on my desktop, but with number of portals I use I'd end up with the same amount of clutter during my pre-fences era, which was back in the 2000s I think.

Is there a way to make these auto-size? If not, how do I put in a feature request?
