Refund for Deskscpaes 10, can I have a link or contact info?

The program is just not stable. Issues applying effects. Freezing. Not freezing when fullscreen. No right click. Doesnt change and if it does, its still frozen.

I had 8, and it was perfect. I thought hey "10 has some extra effects hey cool" but there is far more going on apparently.

I have had it a week (give or take a day) and would like my money back so I can just stick with 8. Please provide me a link to expedite this. Thanks!

It also drains much battery juice and often shows a static background when a computer is running on batteries. Because of all these, probably Microsoft decided to drop this feature officially in Windows 7 MyBKExperience

That most probably because you have this option turn on. It was set to on by default because most user prefer battery life over anything else. If you wish not you can always turn that off. As for battery life it is logical to assume that battery drain will be more by using moving picture as wallpaper vs static one.

I make a lot of dreams and run then without the issues you are having .

When re installed check your settings and set to one of the direct show settings , see below SS

Take AzDude advice on use Direct Show I was also about to ask for refund switched it and it runs great now :)

I also want to return the money for a non-working version of DeskScapes 10. Only it is not clear how to do it.
