How to compute the colorized value in the settings?

I want to match a specific color to my object dock background.  I know in the "Current Theme.ini" file there is a 'colorized=' number that is directly associated with this color.   Could you tell me how to compute this number from say RGB #'s or some other common standard.  I know I can play with the sliders for the color but I can never seem to get it exactly to match the color I want (probably because I'm not an artist and my mind can quite figure out what the slight difference is).

Thanks for any help

Hello,

As far as I know, as a user, I adjust my coloring on my dock background by manually slide those slider until I get the best color I like. I don't usually go into those ".ini" files unless I make my own dock background.

Thank you,
