Multiplicity through Steam

unable to activate

Hi

Recently my laptop got stolen, so now I have a new one. When I try to install Multiplicity on the new laptop, I get an error that says it cannot activate and the number of activations are exceeded.  I cannot find anywhere that I can exchange my previous laptop activation with the new laptop.

Can someone help?
