Hi. Not sure, if this issue has been brought out before- the Launch app on my laptop only shows up when I click the start button. Sometimes it doesn't show up at all. Is there a way, it stays permanently on the desktop?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I believe that how Launch work. Its only appear when Start button is press and it only active if you in Tablet/Touch mode.
