Sorry to hear you are having issues. What error message did you get?

This happens to me all the time. If you go to the very bottom of the page that you want to reply to, you will see a link on the bottom left that says " Login or Register" just click the login link and it will take you to a login page and there you just login with your regular login credentials. Why this requires a separate login has been a mystery to me , but it works.
