I use Fences, Should I get Groupy?

I've been using Fences for a few years now and am happy with it.  How would I benefit by using Groupy?

Thanks for info.  I did download and activate the 30-day trial.

Was Groupy meant to replace Fences as a program organizer or are they meant to work together?

Groupy lets you group running application windows that you can switch between with tabs.

Fences lets you put your desktop icons in a scrolling boxes on the desktop.

There is no feature overlap so work well together.
