Hi. The price is 10$, is this a one time fee or need to pay each year?

Hello,

From what I understand, its one time pay for the version. For example now Fences is at v3.0.9 so I think you are entitle to use it forever and any upgrade version within that save version. ie. v3.x.x but if Fences get to v4.x or any other number above 3. You will need to purchase the upgrade.
