Multiple License of Fences, but new licenses not showing up

We just purchase 5 more license to Fence to add to existing, but they are not showing up in our account and when emailing all our licenses, they still do not show...

Already tried both...

I email licenses and new ones not present.

I login to account and can see the order for 5 more, but when you go to manage license keys under Fences, new 5 are not present there either. When purchased the additional 5, the splash screen after purchase only shows our original license key instead of new ones?

Does one key allow multiple registrations instead of single keys?
