Default view to Details

I would like ever folder I browse down into default to Details view. I have to set them one by one and then save a snapshot! Time consuming.
How can I do this?

I have been trying to figure out how to accomplish the same thing with my computer's fences. I would like all of my fences to automatically default to the "List" view rather than "Icon" view.
The more I think about this, the more it feels like a "bug" and not a feature request. Not technically, but the pain it causes me feels like one.
It's quite a lot of extra work to have to set each folder to the details view and then save my current layout in hopes of having it default. It's become a semi-weekly chore for me at this point.
As a newbie to Fences I treat this as a major functional omission.
It could easily put me off buying the product.
I too hope to see this changed, however, instead of changing what the default view style should be, I want to be able to chose the view style per fence. I have a few folder fences on my desktop, and I don't want them all to be in details view, but only about half.
