ordered object desktop, still waiting?

I ordered object desktop 5 days ago, I got an e-mail then about fraud vigilance or something asking me to send a reply for the order to be processed in 2 days which I did, yet it's been 5 days and 29.99 has been subtracted and I've got nothing yet. What should I do now? No seriously what was I supposed to do that I didn't
