Program freeze

Hello, I am Jim

I was glad to hear that deskscapes had been fixed.  Downloaded and installed. It worked once but not correctly, I wanted 2 different dreams on 2 different monitors but only 1 was placed on both. My primary ran fine but the secondary did not. when I clicked the dream on secondary monitor I got the "no codec" message. Since that time whenever I open the app and click anywhere, nothing happens if i click anywhere again it freezes I have waited up to 10 minutes for it to respond but never comes back. I need help as to what to do next. I have already removed and re-installed.

Thanx!

Let's try this fix first , open the Deskscapes app and change from Media Foundation to  " Direct Show "

There are 2 Direct show options I use the bottom one , but try both if needed ..

REBOOT .. Test and report back here , please.
