Key being forgotten by software

Twice in the last 6 months, since I bought Fences 3 and Groupy they have said that no registration key was found and I need to enter the code or purchase the product. Once I accepted, but now that it just happened a second time, I am wonder how many times Stardock pester you to re-enter your registration! Or is it a bug? Or maybe it has a problem with Windows 10 updates?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Try this, go to your downloads folder and if there's a Stardock/Fences/orGroupy folder 

delete it and then test over  the next week or two and see if issue is resolved .
