When I tried to activate my Siege of Centauri on my steam account with the product key I received from you guys I get a message that the key has already been used by another account. I sent a help request once already and I was just instructed on how to request the product keys. So yeah I dont know what to do at this point.

Sorry about that! Please know that you're not the only one experiencing this issue as strange happened with our batch of Steam keys for this release. We'll get you fixed as soon as possible!
