I would like to request refund

Dear Stardock team,

you are a great team and nice to meet you.

I want to ask for a refund for object desktop.

my order number is 4322320

 I dont need it anymore as it causes my computer cant work well. And I don't know Object Desktop is a time-limited license.

the first time, I ask your support email on February 28th that is it a time-limited license but no reply just receive a system message like this page said.

the second time, I request a refund on March 18th as my computer becomes stuck when I use your software. But no real person contact me to talk about my ticket.

the third time is on today, I request a refund through your sales email account sales@stardock.com but receive the same message that guides me to go to the forum. so I mind I should write a post here to ask you for help.

hope you guys can see this message and help me to get my refund.

It depends on how old the order is, but if you do not receive your refund within 14 days I can ping it for someone to take a look at.
