Transparent User Account Picture possible?

Is there an app that's apart of the Stardock library that makes it possible to plug in a gif or png in the place of the required bitmap for user account pictures?

Just save them in this directory and they will be easy to pick and choose...C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\User Account Pictures\Default Pictures

Thx for the reply elvee. What I'm curious about is whether or not there is a way to use a gif or png in the place of a bmp to allow the use of transparency.

Only bmp's are supposted, and sadly transparency isn't do-able when using one.
