renewal

just bought renewal sud with paypal and received email from stardock with download link ,and when I click on the d/l link it takes me to the stardock site and notifies me that my sub needs to be renewed before I can download it,put in a ticket On Fri, Feb 15, 2019 at 12:46 PM Stardock Support

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

If you try this link should work https://www.stardock.com/accounts/registrations/

transfer your old email that set up your account to the new email you are using now.

then try this link for your products https://forums.stardock.com/484254/getting-your-products-and-keys
