Mouse Lag on Second PC

I installed Multiplicity to try it out.

2 Windows 10 PCs, both on the LAN.

Multiplicity connected easily, but the mouse movement on the second PC is VERY laggy.

I searched the forums but didn't find a solution to my issue.

I don't mind paying for a product, but Mouse Without Borders didn't have lag like this.

Ideas? Thanks!

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

If LAN, but on WiFi, to ensure you try with Ethernet.

If Ethernet, when lag is seen, it is almost always that one, or both, PCs are getting thrashed / under great stress.

Both on Ethernet. It is laggy when no other programs are running on either PC. It has been laggy since installing it. CPU usage can be as low as 30% on second PC and it still lags.

Also, my trial only has one day left so I may just buy Synergy instead. I need something that works.

I had a very similar problem on one of my pc's. The program worked great on 5 of the pc's but, one was super laggy.

I found a solution by going in the laggy pc's mouse options (windows 10) > Additional mouse options > Pointer options > Select a pointer speed > set to whatever speed works best for you.

This solved the problem.
