adobe acrobat pro not grouping

I'm using Adobe Acrobat pro and I cannot group it using Groupy. Does Groupy not work for Adobe Acrobat Pro?

There are some apps that prevent grouping altogether.  If memory serves, Acrobat is indeed one of them.
