Hi,
I bought Object Desktop and I could really use Groupy on my laptop running Win 10 to keep stuff organized but my Excels & Powerpoint keeps crashing when added to groupy...
I have to use the task manager to end the process, then turn Groupy off to use my $ Office software as normal.
Any way to troubleshoot?

Reboot and ReInstall the latest version from your account .

Hi, I just removed Groupy using the file suggested, reinstalled and activated.
Still the same problem with Excel / Powerpoint.
Anybody got an idea on how to solve the problem? Thanks

Please try this : Disable the hardware graphics acceleration on Excel And Powerpoint. File->Option->Advance-> Display -> Tick the disable hardware graphics Acceleration. Might need to restart Excel and Powerpoint.

It was working for a few minutes and it is back... (something is making powerpoint "unstable" according to the error message)
Quick question with regards to licensing: I noticed the license is annual .
Can I still use my add-ons after the 1 year mark (minus support/updates) or the license key will be disabled and they will stop working?

Managed to find a solution (hopefully a permanent one!)
I disabled Groupy, launched the file and saved it. Then I restarted Groupy and opened the powerpoint file./
It works.
There is a chance the problem is due to files created in a previous version of Powerpoint as compared to the one being used.
I will try with Excel now.
On a separate note:

Hello,
If you have or bought Object Desktop that has to be renewed each year .
If you bought the individual app that separately that is good for lifetime
save your original app download and key for reuse. but to upgrade that version
to a newer one then you would have to buy again usually offered at a discount price.
Same for Object Desktop if you own it the renew each year is offered at a discount price.
