Product key is invalid

when I try to activate CursorFX with the product key that was sent to me, it says it's invalid, how can I get a new key?

Same problem, the CursorFX Plus key is the exact same as the Object Desktop key

it still gives me the same key for both CursorFX and Object Desktop, and says invalid for CursorFX, but works for Object Desktop
Case closed...I found an email from 3 years ago when I bought it before I bought Object Desktop, it contained the file, installed it and it works
