Task bar and start button stop working

Ive been using windowblinds on and off again for about 2 years. 

Yesterday after updating the software, thought I would try some skins.

Unfortunately, whatever skin I used, it rendered my taskbar (including start button) inoperable.

The only way I could get my system to work again was to use the keyboard to access the start button and then the control panel and I uninstalled the program,

Reboot and ReInstall the latest version from your Stardock account. Reboot

and now check and report back here , please.
