Why cant I install objectdock plus on my computer if I have the download and license key says administrator blocked for safety

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
If you are installing the version from your account (not the trial), your versions is REALLY old: 2005.
Try installing the trial ('try it free') of the current from here:
https://www.stardock.com/products/objectdock/download-trial
Also, if you are trying to install on Windows 10, ObjectDock has not been upgraded to work as expected with it yet.
