Making Software Work With Groupy

I've noticed that some software have have various harmless visual quirks with Groupy and that the software that my company produces doesn't work at all, what does a software have to do to work perfectly with Groupy?

Harmless stuff, when you drag a group containing Visual Studio if it's not on the first tab it doesn't move with the group until you release the mouse and then it moves over to it's proper place. Adobe Acrobat if you drag it it moves by it self and then the rest of the group joins it when the mouse is released, again harmless stuff.  The only reason I even mentioned it because I wanted our software to work without any harmless quirks as most software I've tried does.

I've also noticed that Mozilla Thunderbird and  FireFox seem to randomly lose their ability to process messages, suddenly you can't resize their windows or interact with them anymore, which is not so harmless, I've excluded those two apps from Groupy.

So I figured I'd better verify again that our products didn't work before I bothered anyone to look into it and oddly they're working now (and without any harmless quirks!).  The only thing that's changed that I'm aware of is the exclusion of Thunderbird and FireFox.
