Is it possible to lighten the Dark Mode in Windows 10 Pro, build 1809?

Hi there!

I turned on the Dark Mode in W10 and noticed that the backgrounds of some system generated windows are black, not dark.

See this. It's really white on black. Too hard on my eyes.

Could WindowBlinds enable me to have a very dark grey for the backgrounds of these affected windows?

As far as I know that part is not changeable by Windowblinds.
