Provide an Option to Password protect Logout, Shutdown, Restart

Make it the same as the Login Password.

This can give us the ability to prevent more and more Software vendors from rebooting our machines (which they don't own) especially when we have something very important running and esp for days like a Duplicate Search on a LAN or a thorough Malware scan.

Also Files and Databases that are Open get damaged by this unwanted automatic Reboot.
