Unable to select "Operating system to target" in SkinStudio

As title says; the setting always returns to "All OSes". Please help.

Could you say what you are trying to do. What WB are you trying to open that says All Oses.

In SkinStudio Tools -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Operating system to target: is reset to "All OSes" no-matter what i choose from "Windows XP" to "Windows 8/10". I tried setting it both with and without a skin open for edit,; Always back at "All OSes" when I reopen the Preferences window.
