Requested feature

I was wondering if there was a command line option to add and or remove a program from the skinning exclude list. I have a program i like skinned but some times i put it in inside the confines of another program and would like to script it skinless while it is in that joined location  because it causes jiggling issues in there, then script it back to skinned when it comes back out. If it is not an option  now could we please look into  the possibility of making it one?
