Bug Report - Closing active tab in LibreOffice Writer minimizes the app to the Taskbar

It should switch to the next tab, as it does with Windows Explorer

To Reproduce:

Using Groupy 1.18:

1. Open two tabs in LibreOffice Writer.

2. Close the active tab.

3. LibreOffice Writer minimizes itself to the task bar instead of switching over to the next tab.

Workaround - Alt-Tab gets me back into the app.

Thank you.

Hi Basj,

Having watched your video I must change my bug to something like:

Groupy LibreOffice Writer window goes behind another window on the desktop when closing a tab if that window was behind the LibreOffice window.

You're right, it's not minimizing itself, as I thought it was, it's hiding behind the window that was behind it, when simply trying to close a tab.

Here is my video grab:  https://youtu.be/4B6kZ0UBU4k

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

I have tested an internal build that fixes this issue.  It should be released in a beta after the first of the year some time.
