SOLVED: Can't Resize or create my Fences anymore

Fences still works, but i can not Rezise oder delete

Fences still works, but i can not Rezise oder delete my Fences.

I can not "hold" or "crab" my Fences anymore. 
Today a need to rezise some of my Fences. But with my mouse on the corner i can not  crab my fence

what can i do ?!
