Maintenance Costs Aren't Right

The maintenance costs for ships don't match up correctly. For example:

• In a planet's buildable ship list, a Freighter is showing a maintenance cost of 7 (seven)
• If I add it to the build queue, it then shows a maintenance cost of 1 (one)
• After it is built, the maintenance cost is 0 (zero)

Maintenance costs can be a big deal when running on a tight budget early game.

I haven't taken a closer look at the other ships to see if it's the same,
