Stop giving me the runaround! Restore my Desktop!

NB: While fences was running, I could Disable it ... which restored my Desktop.
I was told to run purge.bat ... which destroyed the entire setup ...
And the code that was valid for the initial install is declared invalid now ...
Now all you do is tell me to jump through yet more hoops ...

All I need is a code for Fences so I can Disable it. (After uninstall and uninstall and Purge and Purge and Purge with reboot to a destroyed desktop each time.)

Then I'm going to destroy all the software I bought from you.

This has been a horrible experience.

I don't know what 'destroyed my desktop' means but if you mean there are no icons, try:
