1) Which version of windowblinds you trying to install? Steam version or Stardock Direct?

2) When you installing the Windowblinds did you get any error massage? If you did, what massage was it?

3) Did you reboot after the installation.

1. I do not know about Steam version or Stardock Direct, I purchased the  Object Desktop manager, I install the windblinds from the Object Desktop manager, finding it is not work. I think it should be the Stardock Direct.
2. there is no error message when I  installing the Windowblinds,except "WindowBilnds does not appear to be installed correctly on your machine" when I try to apply the new style
3. yes， I reboot after the installation

4. Here is the current status of the software

I Windows 10 Enterprise (17763.rs5_release.180914-1434)

WindowBlinds 10.74 (054 - Windows 10 Edition) - 64 bit OS
WindowBlinds is not installed correctly on this PC.  If you did not reboot after installing WindowBlinds 10 for the first time, then please reboot and try this again.

Window titlebar blur features are enabled on this operating system

Sorry, I omit a error message. " WindowBilnds does not appear to be installed correctly on your machine". when I agree "would you like to 

try to fix issue now", there is a tips like the picture

That is just a tip, it will always show that, if you press (Y), everytime you change from default theme (Original Windows 10 theme) to any other theme that came with Windowblinds.
