Frozen Fences

I have had a strange issue. I some how triggered a new fence to show up while working to give a new name to a USB FOB. The name I gave the fob appeared as the title of the fence. The fence contained no items. I tried to erase the fence , no luck, tried to move the fence , no luck. 

As a consequence none of my existing fences will move or can be erase either.

Can anyone help? Thanks

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try to unlock you fences : Right click anywhere on desktop -> View-> Lock Fences
