Reset Request

My CursorFx installation says I've reached my maximum installations.  I cannot deactivate the key from my products page, also the cursorpurge.bat file wasn't able to fix this either.  I think that it needs to be reset on your end.

Thanks in advance,

Sam

Cursor Fx isn't listed there.  Product ID is the only information I'm missing to complete that command line.  But yes i'm still unable to activate Cursor FX.
