Cannot get Multiplicity Working

I have tried everything to get this to work, but don't know what to do.

I've tried connecting by typing the IP addresses in directly. Didn't work.

I've looked up what ports are needed and opened them, still didn't work.

I even uninstalled the software and reinstalled it, but still neither KVM or Seamless modes work.

I have my desktop set up as primary, and my laptop set up as secondary. Both computers are running windows 10.

That's where I am right now. What do I need to do?

Is there anyone I can talk to through chat or phone to help get this going?

Questions:

Does multiplicity open the ports it needs when installed? If I have to open them manually, which ones do I open? TCP or UDP?

Does each computer have it's own password, or is there one for each?

I turned the firewalls off on both computers, and both the seamless and KVM modes work.

What ports need to be opened on which computers? Outbound or inbound? TCP or UDP?
