I am trying to Renew my Stardock  Object Desktop suit But when I fill all the payment details and when pressing checkout it shows popup of "Process" but waiting for 15mins its saying processing every time so can you solve this problem and if in case it's debit my money then can its refundable or you can give me Products QTY as per my payment counts ??

Buenos días. Acabo de comprar una licencia para Stardock 8. En la pantalla de inicio Welcome intento acceder con ella pero no me lo permite. ¿Pueden indicarme como hacerlo?. Gracias

Good Morning. I just bought a license for Stardock 8. On the Welcome screen I try to access it but it does not allow it. Can you tell me how to do it? Thank you.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But I am not quite sure which Stardock's software you are referring to? We have Start8, but no Stardock 8. Please clarify. A screenshot of your problem should easily clear it.
