Start10 on WindowBlinds can't enter issue

I'm on Windows 10 Home - build 1803.

I've bought software here,

Start10 from steam.

WindowBlinds from Stardock.

Both have installed, I'm trying to enter this WindowBlinds on Start10 won't work here screenshot,

Hello,

Please try this. Set Start10 to "Default Theme"

Than you can change Start10 Appearance with texture on the background menu.
