Cursed Crtl+Shift+C

to temporarily disable CursorFX.

Well shucky ducky (hit youtube if you dont know the reference, that poor comedian so bad) 

Anyways, for Autocad i use Crtl+Shift+C  a LOT. 

How do i remove that ability from cursorFX so i can have it back?
