WindowsFX Says too Active on Different Computer

I have followed instructions sent previously with no result.

I already asked this question last week. Received a reply to go to My Downloads, manage keys, delete all computers I'm not using. I deleted at least 8 computers to which I no longer have access. So, given the inexpensive fee, I simply bought a new license. Doesn't matter! Still get the active on a different computer message!

Please fix this, or let me know how to fix it.

Thank you.

Randy

Actually, yes. First, I discovered that the new license I bought doesn't have the same OD key as my original Object Desktop applications. When I tried the new key that came with my purchase, yesterday, I got the same error message about being active on another computer. As a wild shot in the dark, I did a reboot, then reinstalled WindowsFx from the download link that came in my purchase email and tried to log in to get the password. That didn't work, so I used the license key from that email, and it logged in.

I am not particularly happy that I had to buy a new license, but it didn't amount to much, so whatever.

Thank you for getting back to me.
