Tiles, not retaining applications on close?

I just started using Tiles and while I really like it, I had expected that when  I add an app to a page, when I reopen that app, that it would appear in the page again?  Now, the app only lives on the page until I close the app.  If I reopen it, its not on my custom page any longer.

I'm going to guess I'm doing something wrong. =)  Can someone point me to how to get pages to remember what I want in them?

Thanks,

-Troy

Hello, One my system, I have one of the pages Named "My Tiles" this page is where I drag and drop all application shortcut onto it. For example, if I want to run Powerpoint I just click on that icons to open it. I also can drag and add new shortcut into this page. As you can see you also can add pages (buttom "Add new page.." button)  and once you add new page you can add more shortcut onto it. You can change from page by pointing mouse at the page title and scroll those pages using mouse scroll. BTW if you need more tips, you can always right click on the bar and select "tips" or "how to use tiles"

Thank you,

Thank you for your reply.  I see what I'm doing wrong.  I had the expectation that when I drag an app to the tiles window (with shift), that it would automatically add the shortcut as well to the tile window.  Instead I have to add all of the apps I want first, then it works as expected.
