Cannot uninstall

Hi, I have windows blind 10 on my Pc (windows 8.1)
Accidentaly I installed an older version 8 on my pc.
Now I would like to install version 10 again.
The installer says the older version has to be uninstalled first. 
But it will not uninstall.
I got message: Setup appiclication doesnt work anymore

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps : https://forums.stardock.com/486023/windowblinds-support-faq#reinstalling

Make sure to redownload the latest version from your account and reinstall that after the purge.

Reboot and retest.
