You can try it if you want. Its free for 30 days. But if you want it permanently you need to buy the CursorFX for 3.99.

Its your choice.

Well, you need to pay for the CursorFX. CursorFX is a program which will change your cursor from normal Windows cursor to CursorFX type cursors. If you not familiar with the concept. I believe it best for you to try it first. Use the 30 days free trial. The cursor that you mentioned comes with CursorFX and yes you can select and use that cursor you mentioned earlier. CursorFX also comes with few other cursors design. And you can download more from Wincustomize.com. https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/cursorfx

Just be reminded you will always need CursorFX to use these cursors.
