key went to wrong email

I'm in email hell trying to figure this out then im forced here to deal with this. I was logged in to stardock as myaccount@gmx.com and chose PayPal as payment. My PayPal uses paypalaccount@gmail.com which is not associated with stardock.




Emailed from Gmail account that key was mailed to,

Hello, i was meaning to activate my old account oldaccount@gmx.com. I do not have an account with you under this email.

 So then I log onto my stardock account @gmx.com and try from there to contact support. I explain again. The email associated with this key account@gmail.com has no account at stardock.

And the reply:

So I try again from my gmail.com account which key was mailed to but is not a stardock account.

This is my third email, we keep going in circles and I get back "do not reply" replies  and being told my account on stardock "mysdaccount@gmx.com has the game Sins associated to it. I am aware. I'll try to explain again.

This Gmail email has no account on stardock. It is however associated with my PayPal account. I WAS LOGGED IN AS ******@gmx.com when I clicked the link to purchase object dock, I chose PayPal to pay and now the key is sent to my PayPal email, not my star dock account. How do I fix this ?

*I meant object desktop not dock*

I have a stardock account under stardock account@gmx.com. I was logged into it when I clicked a link to purchase object desktop. The key was mailed to my Gmail account which has no account with stardock. How do I associate the key to my stardock account?
