Rolled up Fences

Look at the screen shot attached. I can put the Favorites fence where you see it or on top of the Current fence. I want to butt it up against the Current fence and not waste the screen space. HOW DO I DO THAT?

Phooey! There is no way I can find to attach a screenshot. Why on earth don't you provide a decent way to communicate. The Favorites fence mentioned above can only be ontop of the Current fence or 1/4 below it. I need to butt them together to save space. HOW DO I DO THAT?

Holding down the Shift key while moving a fence will disable snapping. I assume that is the problem you are having when aligning fences.
